Seeing a business from the inside

I have run companies in several countries and seen the businesses of hundreds of entrepreneurs from the inside. That experience lets me find the root problem quickly — and the opportunity nobody has noticed yet.

I studied advertising at university in Riga and completed further education at MGIMO.

Since 2023 I have led MasterMind — a community of strong entrepreneurs from different countries. Its purpose is the growth of every member’s business.

What unites us is not industry, age or geography, but a shared culture: entrepreneurial maturity and the habit of asking good questions and giving honest answers.
